The development of a highly focused business plan should begin with an assessment of the current planning capabilities of the management team and the performance of the organization. Depending upon the complexity of the company, and the amount of time managment is able to commit, this assessment will usually take from two to five business days.
Development of a Business Planning Process.
Commonwealth Consulting works closely with the senior management team to develop a viable business planning process that works best for the organization. This process, used to develop and asses business strategy, is as important as the development of the business plan itself.
Development of a Strategic Business Plan.
CCC assists organizations in the selection of components that are critical to the business strategy of the company. A clear and focused business plan will allow the organizaton to reduce the degree of difficulty and the dilution of resources, both of which are major obstacles to attaining short and long-term goals. Training and Facilitation.
An effective plan requires teamwork. If the participants have only limited experience in developing business plans, CCC will collaborate with the planning coordinator to tailor a training program to meet the specific needs and experience level of the participants. A full facilitation of the planning process and/or plan development are additional services offered that clients find valuable.
